Who Are We?

Cusps and Capabilities, LLC is a local, family owned and operated, private group practice which provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Established in 2014, we specialize in comprehensive based Early Intervention services (ages 2-5). We are credentialed through Medicaid, BCBS, Cigna and other private insurances.

Why Cusps?

Finding the right provider can be challenging, and at Cusps and Capabilities we do our best to make the process as stress free as possible. By providing you tools and resources to support you along the journey, we make it easy to begin learning about ABA before your child even begins treatment.

Once treatment begins, we offer extensive training and support to our families and community members, so that skills learned with us carry over into all settings! Speaking of settings, another thing that we pride ourselves on at Cusps is the ability to work with you in a variety of settings, including in-home, public and private school, community outings, and our clinic. We also work closely with outside providers, whether they are through an IEP or private agencies. Coordination of care can make a big difference in achieving meaningful outcomes!

While your child is in our care, we promise to maintain their dignity and treat them with kindness and respect. Our case managers are trained in trauma-informed treatment and hold all team members to that standard. While other treatments focus on extinction of problem behavior, we target de-escalation, self management, and treating behaviors at the pre-cursor level.

When it’s time to transition to another setting, we will do our best to accompany you and ensure the process is as painless as possible. As our time in your life comes to an end, we willcontinue to offer support and care as you and your child move onto what’s next.
